My baby turned 6 yesterday and it just can’t be real! We celebrated frozen style, of course!  I had her help me party plan this year so we chose some ideas from pinterest and it made it super easy to put together.  We had rice krispy snowballs and hot cocoa 🙂  We did Elsa makeovers::: braided hair, painted nails, and makeup.  This was the first year she had school friends and I tried to take more photos of that but I got a new lense for my camera and my focus was a little off so they turned out pretty blurry 🙁  

We surprised her with balloons and pancakes in the morning.  Then I decided to try a new tradition and let her open her gift from us over breakfast.  Her daddy broke out the photos and videos from when she was born which was special to her.  I shouldn’t have watched because it made me cry!!!  I really liked doing these little moments because it was inexpensive and easy ways to set a great tone for her big day!!!

If you haven’t noticed yet by following along, I love to make occasions fun and special and be creative along the way.  I love to have my house full, and I want people to feel loved and welcome at my home.  We ended up with a slumber party and a house full of noisy little girls!  I might be taking a nap today… 😉
